THIS GAME WAS FUN! xQc Plays SIFU | New Kung Fu Game (Part 1) Sifu has exceeded one million sales, says the Sloclap developer. The stock-based title based on Kung Fu is released a little over a month ago on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC via Epic Games Store. A physical version of the game should go out on May 3, 2022.

It is a beautiful victory for the Parisian studio who is called "delighted with the welcome of Sifu by the fans like by the press".

SLOCLAP also shared the following player statistics:

  • More than 10 million hours have been played
  • More than 45% of the players have finished the difficult second level of the game
  • More than 150,000 players have already mastered the Kung Fu to beat Yang, the main antagonist of the game.

As for the future of SIFU, Cloclap promised a "Major Update" in early May. It seems likely that this update will include new difficulty and accessibility options, which have been unveiled by the co-founder of Sloclap, Pierre Tarno, in an interview last month.
