Harry Potter Hogwarts Legacy: Is this image a link with the camera of secrets?
After years of waiting, Sony has finally raised the veil over the mysterious silence surrounding Harry Potter Hogwarts Legacy. Although it is not an exclusive of PlayStation, it will be in an State of Play this Thursday, March 17 where we will finally know more about this long-awaited game.
There will be 14 minutes of new open world game and probably a trailer that announces the launch date of the game. Meanwhile, in social networks has also appeared a short video teaser that reveals an image before seen from the game, which shows us a magician approaching a gigantic stone statue.
A Statue of Salazar Slytherin?
In the Middle Ages, Salazar was one of the four founding members of the Hogwarts Magic School. One of the houses still bears the name of him and he was particularly famous for his management of the serpent's language: PARSELTONGUE .
Having read the books of JK Rowling or seen the Harry Potter movies, you know that Salazar was a supremacist who believed that only the pureblood wizards and witches could enter Hogwarts. Obviously we will find this way of thinking about Lucius and his son of him Draco Malfoy in the second volume _harry potter and the secret chamber.
In the film, Harry spends long minutes on this underground camera to find the memory of Tom Jedusor there, facing the Gran Basilisk and save Ginny Weasley. Then we see sumptuous decorations with an alley of snake statues and especially what remains of an imposing Statue of Salazar Slytherin.
Is the camera of secrets what we see in the image?
Seeing the progress of State of Play, many fans thought about the same statue of Slytherin in his almost complete version with the bust. Then, the creators would have been based much more on the version described by JK Rowling in the books , that is, a complete statue of a stunning man with a long beard. This statue, either in the movies or in the books, is located in a secret chamber created by the same Slytherin to hide there the basilisk of him and kill the dirty blood.
However, two elements may indicate that it is not about the camera of secrets :
- The room presents windows identical to those seen in the bathroom where Harry is on the fourth film. This means that it is not in the basement but several floors above the secret "real" secret chamber we know.
* The soil seems much more worked to be a simple cellar with "wet alleys".
However, Hogwarts Legacy takes place more than a century before the adventures of the young Harry and the friends of him Ron and Hermi1. Therefore, we can assume that the Chamber of Secrets still did not look like this, although it was designed by Salazar itself in medieval times.
In the end, even if it is assumed that the Statue of Salazar Slytherin is in the Chamber of Secrets, the room revealed in the progress of State of Play does not look like this mythical secret room, which is accessed through the bathrooms of girls And you, who do you think the statue represents?
Anyway, I'm sure we'll have much more information during the conference dedicated to Harry Potter Hogwarts Legacy this Thursday, March 17 at 10:00 p.m.
